Print materials that match your brand and pass the printer's check first time

We design business cards, brochures, menus, catalogs and labels, then prepare the files for press. You get files your printer accepts without a back-and-forth. We can also place the print order with a vetted printer, with the print cost shown as a separate line.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Cafés, restaurants and hotels needing menus, table tents and flyers
  • Salons, clinics and studios that need cards, gift vouchers and brochures
  • Makers and shops with catalogs, labels and stickers
  • Companies at trade shows: handouts, roll-ups, stand graphics

Problems we solve

The printer rejects the file: missing bleed, wrong colour profile

We build layouts to print specs from the start: 3 mm bleed (extra area trimmed off), safe margins, CMYK, outlined fonts. We run a preflight check before handover.

The print colours don't match the website and social media

We convert your brand colours and fonts to print values. For larger runs we recommend a proof, because a screen can't show how colour looks on real paper.

Different designers made each piece and nothing matches

We build templates in one visual system. You can then change prices, dates or text without a new design job.

I don't know which paper, format or quantity to choose

We recommend format, paper weight and finish for the job and budget, and explain where saving is safe and where you will feel it in the hand.

What's included

  • Short job review: where the piece is used, quantity, budget
  • Layout design in your brand style (Figma, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Page layout for the format: card, flyer, brochure, menu, catalog, label
  • Press preparation: bleed, CMYK, outlined fonts, image resolution
  • Advice on paper, finishes (lamination, foil, spot UV) and size
  • Up to two revision rounds in every package
  • Open source files and print PDFs handed over to you
  • Optional: ordering the print run and checking the proof
  • QR codes linking to your site, menu or enquiry form

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Concept

We show the design direction on one format. We agree the style before laying out everything.

03

Layout and revisions

We build the full layout and apply revisions within your package.

04

Press preparation

We check the file against your printer's specs and hand over print PDFs and source files.

05

Print (optional)

We order the run, check the proof and deliver the finished result.

Scope and limits

  • We can't guarantee an exact match with screen colour: print depends on paper and press
  • Print cost is not included in the design price: the run is quoted separately at the printer's rate
  • Basic packages don't include writing long catalog copy: we need your text

FAQ

Is printing included in the price?

No. The price covers design and file preparation. If you want, we order the print from a printer and show the cost as a separate line, with no hidden markup.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, brand colours and fonts if you have them, plus text and photos. If there is no brand guide, we set up a minimal set of rules for these materials.

Do I get the source files?

Yes. All files and access are yours under the agreed terms. You can hand them to any printer or another designer.

Can you prepare files for printers in the EU, UK or US?

Yes. We prepare files in local formats, such as US Letter instead of A4, and follow your printer's specs.

How many revisions are included?

Up to two rounds per package. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Extra rounds are billed hourly and we quote the price upfront.

How does print fit with the website and getting customers?

Print sends people to your site through a QR code and a consistent look. When enquiries come in through a form, they can be passed to a CRM automatically.
