A brand guide your team opens in the browser, not digs out of email

We build an online portal where your team and contractors find logos, colors, fonts and templates.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies where several people or vendors produce design
  • Brands entering new markets and preparing materials in several languages
  • Marketing teams that keep re-sending logos in chat
  • Agencies and freelancers managing multiple brands

Problems we solve

Contractors build banners in off-brand colors and stretch the logo

We put the rules on the portal with clear do and don't examples. Logo files and color codes are one click away.

The guide is a PDF nobody opens, and there are five versions

The portal lives at one link. You update a section and everyone sees the new version. No stale copies in other people's folders.

A new designer or social media manager spends a month learning the brand feel

We document tone of voice, sample posts and things to avoid. We add templates that open and edit right away.

Logo files get hunted down in email and chats

We build a searchable download library with format filters. Access can be password-protected or invite-only for specific contractors.

What's included

  • Portal structure for your team: sections, navigation, search
  • Logo: variants, clear space, minimum sizes, examples of misuse
  • Color palette with HEX, RGB and CMYK values (formats for screen and print)
  • Typography: fonts, heading hierarchy, rules for web and print
  • Tone of voice with example copy
  • Downloadable file library: logos, icons, templates
  • Presentation, social and email templates in the formats your team uses
  • Password or invite access, role-based permissions
  • Domain in your name, hosting and handover of all access
  • Short guide so you can edit sections yourself

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a measurable KPI

We build one section first and test it on a real task. For example: can a contractor produce a banner without questions to you.

03

Portal build

Our AI pipeline drafts structure and copy fast. Senior specialists check the rules, examples and files.

04

Test with your team

Give the portal to two or three people and watch where they get stuck. We fix it before launch.

05

Launch and handover

We hand over the domain, access and files. Payment is in stages, and everything is yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We do not design a new logo or identity as part of the portal. That is a separate service.
  • We cannot guarantee your team will follow the rules. The portal makes it easier, but you need internal buy-in.
  • We do not create content that does not exist. New templates or photography are quoted separately.

FAQ

Why a portal instead of a PDF guide?

A PDF goes stale and gets lost in email threads. A portal has one link, search and file downloads. Updates reach everyone at once.

What do I need to provide?

Vector logos, colors, fonts and any existing usage examples. If you have no guide yet, we help assemble the rules from what you already use. You also need one person to approve the content.

Can the portal be private?

Yes. Access works by password or invitation. You can give contractors only the sections and files they need.

Who updates the portal after launch?

You do. We give you a short guide and show you how to edit sections and add files. We can also maintain it for you under a separate agreement.

Are font licenses included in the price?

No. If your fonts are paid, you buy the license. We show where to get them on the portal, but we cannot distribute them without one.

How do I know it works?

In the pilot we agree on a simple measure. For example, how many contractor layouts pass approval on the first try. You compare before and after launch.
