Security built into development: catch flaws before release, not after a breach

We add automated security checks to your repository and release pipeline. Vulnerabilities surface while the code is being written, not when someone outside finds them. It protects your site, your customers' data and the automations your business runs on.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Product owners with an in-house or contracted dev team
  • Online stores and platforms that take payments and store customer data
  • Companies receiving security questionnaires from enterprise clients or partners
  • Startups preparing for due diligence, an audit or a certification

Problems we solve

Developers ship fast and nobody checks security

We add automated checks to CI/CD (the pipeline that builds and releases code). Every change is scanned before it reaches a server.

API keys and passwords ended up in the repository

We scan the code and commit history for secrets, rotate anything exposed, and move credentials into a proper secrets manager instead of project files.

Libraries are out of date and nobody knows what is vulnerable

We set up dependency scanning (checking third-party packages you rely on) and automated update proposals. Critical findings go into the backlog with a priority.

A client asks for proof of security and you have nothing to send

We produce a clear report: what was checked, what was found, what was fixed. It can be attached to a security questionnaire response.

What's included

  • Review of the repository, infrastructure and current release process
  • Threat modelling: where your product is most exposed
  • SAST (static analysis that finds risky code patterns without running the app)
  • Dependency and license checks (e.g. Dependabot, Trivy, OWASP Dependency-Check)
  • Secret detection in code and history (e.g. Gitleaks)
  • Scanning of Docker images and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes)
  • Cloud baseline: roles, access, encryption, backups
  • Integration with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, with blocking rules for unsafe releases
  • Alerting and event logging setup
  • Short developer briefing and written documentation

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Audit

For teams that want to see their real security state before deciding what to do

  • Review of code, dependencies and secrets
  • Access and cloud configuration check
  • Prioritised report: what is critical, what can wait
  • Walkthrough of the fix plan with your team
Discuss this scope
02

Secure pipeline

For teams that want checks on every release

  • Everything in Audit
  • SAST, dependency and secret scanning in CI/CD
  • Container and infrastructure-as-code scanning
  • Rules that block unsafe builds
  • Documentation and team briefing
Discuss this scope
03

Security retainer

For products under active development that need ongoing attention

  • Monthly review of findings and updates
  • Alert setup and maintenance
  • Help with customer security questionnaires
  • Advice for developers on fixes

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We start with one repository and agree a measurable goal, for example: all critical findings fixed or scheduled with a date.

03

Configure the checks

We connect scanners to the pipeline and tune out false alarms so the team is not buried in noise.

04

Fix and hand over

We help close critical issues and hand over documentation and configuration. All files and accounts remain yours.

05

Optional ongoing support

If you want, we move to a monthly format. Payment is in stages, with no long lock-in.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise zero vulnerabilities: automated scanners catch known classes of problems, not everything
  • We do not replace a full manual penetration test or a certification (ISO 27001, SOC 2): we can prepare you for them, but only an auditor issues them
  • We do not rewrite your product: critical findings are fixed by agreement, and major refactoring is quoted separately

FAQ

What is DevSecOps in plain terms?

Security checks become part of everyday development instead of a one-off review before launch. Every code change is scanned automatically. Problems are found in days, not months.

Which languages and platforms do you cover?

Most often JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PHP, Java and Go, on GitHub or GitLab, with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. If your stack is unusual, we tell you at the start what we can and cannot cover.

Will this slow down development?

A little at first, because findings need to be triaged. We tune the rules so that only serious issues block a release. Everything else goes to the backlog without stopping delivery.

What do you need from us?

Repository access (read-only is enough at first), a description of your infrastructure, and one developer who can answer questions. Without that, the result will be shallow.

Will our code be exposed to other people or AI services?

We work through your own accounts and sign an NDA if needed. We do not send your code to third-party AI services without your written consent. Scanners can run locally or in your own CI.

How does this fit with the website, customers and automation?

Your site and AI agents handle customer data, so protecting them is part of the same chain: website, customers, automation. Security keeps that chain from breaking because of a leak or a breach.
