Cloud setup that works under load and stops overspending

We review what you pay for on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or classic hosting, then design a setup that is stable and cheaper to run. We migrate your site and services with minimal downtime, and every account stays in your name.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Site and store owners whose hosting bill keeps rising without faster performance
  • Companies running on a single server with no tested backups
  • Teams moving from shared hosting to cloud, or between clouds
  • Businesses running AI agents and a CRM that need a reliable base

Problems we solve

The cloud bill is higher than expected and nobody can explain it

We run a cost audit: go through resources one by one, remove what is idle, and right-size servers to real load. You get a report with each change and its expected effect on the monthly bill.

The site goes down when ads or seasonal traffic kick in

We set up autoscaling (servers add capacity as load grows) and a CDN (a network that serves pages from the node nearest to the visitor). We load-test before launch.

Migration feels risky: what if something breaks?

We build a copy in the new environment first and test it. The domain is switched at an agreed time, and the old server stays as a fallback for an agreed period.

Accounts and access are stuck with a former contractor

We create accounts under your company under the agreed terms. We work through limited roles that you can revoke in a click.

What's included

  • Audit of current infrastructure: servers, databases, domains, DNS, certificates
  • Bill analysis and a list of cost-cutting measures
  • Architecture plan: what runs where, what is redundant, how it scales
  • Migration of site, database and email with minimal downtime
  • Scheduled backups and a restore test to prove they work
  • Monitoring with alerts to Telegram, Slack or email
  • Budget limits and overspend alerts
  • Role-based access and two-factor authentication
  • Documentation: diagram, credentials in a password manager, incident runbook

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit

We collect data on resources and costs, and find weak points. You get a report with options.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We start with one service and agree a measurable target in advance, such as the monthly bill or page response time.

04

Migration and testing

We build the new environment, move data and test. The switch happens at an agreed time.

05

Handover

You receive the diagram, access and runbooks. Payment is in stages, so you see each step before the next payment.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a savings percentage before the audit: it depends on what runs today
  • We do not guarantee zero downtime: complex databases may need a short window, which we agree with you in advance
  • We do not take on systems where we have no access to code or servers, and we do not bypass licenses

FAQ

Which clouds do you work with?

AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, plus VPS providers for smaller projects. We pick based on the task, not habit. If plain hosting is enough for you, we will say so.

How much can I save?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: infrastructure review; Analysis of recent bills. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Will my site be down during migration?

Usually not. We prepare a copy in advance and switch the domain at the lowest-traffic hour. Large databases may need a short maintenance window, agreed beforehand.

Who owns the accounts and access?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

What do you need from me?

Access to your current hosting or cloud, a list of domains, a contact who knows the system, and recent bills. We collect the rest ourselves.

Can I see the price upfront?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: infrastructure review; Analysis of recent bills. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.
