The assistant doesn't know our prices, stock or customers, so we paste data in by hand
We build an MCP server with the tools you need: customer lookup, order status, stock check. The assistant pulls data from the system mid-conversation.
An MCP server (Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to talk to external tools) lets Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent read your CRM, database, sheets and inbox. The assistant stops guessing and works with live data.
Quote and schedule after your brief

We build an MCP server with the tools you need: customer lookup, order status, stock check. The assistant pulls data from the system mid-conversation.
We start with read-only access. Write actions are added one at a time, with human confirmation and a log of every call.
We look at what exists: database, exports, web interface. Sometimes a thin adapter layer is needed. If an integration would be fragile, we say so in the estimate.
Every tool gets tests and documentation. Code, keys and access are handed to you, so anyone can maintain it.
Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
We check the API, permissions and data quality, and decide which actions are safe to give the assistant.
We build a minimal server and measure it on real requests against a metric agreed in advance.
We add tools and write actions, each with its own tests and limits.
You get the code, accounts and docs. Payment is in stages, and everything is yours under the agreed terms.
It's an open standard describing how an AI assistant calls functions in an external system. You build the server once, and any assistant that supports the protocol can use it.
CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL or MySQL databases, email, task trackers, or your own API. We check access and rate limits for each one first.
It can be, if permissions are tight. We use separate keys limited to the needed actions, keep a call log and require confirmation for changes. Data shouldn't leave the system unless necessary.
Access to the systems (a test environment if possible), 3–5 typical tasks, and someone who knows the process. All accounts and keys stay with you.
Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
You receive the code and documentation and can maintain everything yourself. If you prefer, we can take on support under a separate agreement. There is no lock-in.
Describe your business, the outcome you need and your current workflow. We will clarify the requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
