A referral program that turns your customers into a sales channel

We build a refer-a-friend program with trackable invites and automatic rewards. You pay for new customers who actually buy, not for impressions. It feeds new customers into your site, CRM and automations.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Online stores with repeat purchases
  • Service businesses: clinics, salons, schools, studios
  • Subscription products and SaaS
  • Businesses where people trust recommendations from friends

Problems we solve

Customers recommend us, but I can't see who referred whom

Every customer gets a personal link or code. The system records who invited whom and what the new customer bought.

We track rewards in a spreadsheet and keep making mistakes

We automate payouts: a discount, credit or gift is issued after the friend's first payment. All rewards are visible in one place.

I'm worried people will game the program

We add anti-abuse rules: no self-referrals, one reward per new customer, a minimum order value and a reward expiry date.

Nobody knows the program exists

We create emails, messenger messages, a website block and an account-page widget. Sharing an invite takes two taps.

What's included

  • Program mechanics: who gets what, for which action, and how much
  • Terms and conditions in plain language
  • Personal referral links or codes for each customer
  • A program page and an invite block on your site
  • Click and purchase tracking (UTM tags and analytics events)
  • Automated emails and messages: invites, reminders, reward notices
  • CRM connection so you can see who referred whom
  • Protection against self-referrals and duplicate rewards
  • End-to-end test from invite to reward
  • A short guide for your team

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Reward mechanics

We work out what you can afford to pay per new customer and choose the format: discount, credit or gift.

03

Build and connect

We set up links, tracking, emails and CRM. All accounts are created in your name.

04

End-to-end test

We walk through the full journey as a customer: invite, purchase, reward. We fix any breaks before launch.

05

Launch and pilot

We announce the program to your customer base and track the agreed KPI. Payment is in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise customers will invite friends in large numbers: it depends on your product and the reward
  • We don't guarantee a specific number of new customers before the pilot ends
  • We don't fund the rewards: that budget is yours

FAQ

What reward works best?

A two-sided reward usually works: a discount for the friend and a credit for the referrer. The right size depends on your margin. We calculate what you can afford and propose two variants to test.

Do I need a CRM?

A spreadsheet is enough to start. With a CRM (a system that stores customer records) you can see who referred whom and how much they spent. If you don't have one, we can set it up separately.

How do you track who referred whom?

Through a personal link with a tag or a promo code. When a new customer buys, the system records whose code was used. A purchase made without the link or code can't be attributed.

Can the program run in messengers?

Yes. The customer gets a ready-made message with a link and sends it to friends on WhatsApp, Telegram or Messenger. Reminders and reward notices can also go through messengers.

What do you need from me?

Your discount rules, access to your site or store, CRM and email tool, and a decision on the reward budget. All accounts and files stay yours under the agreed terms.

How soon will I see results?

The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.
