Get your emails into the inbox, not the spam folder

We configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI for your domain, so invoices, lead replies and campaigns actually arrive.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Online stores whose order confirmations land in spam
  • Companies running email campaigns with weak open rates
  • Sales teams sending outreach from a company mailbox
  • Brands whose name is being spoofed in phishing emails

Problems we solve

Customers say they never got our invoice email

We check how mailbox providers see your domain, find what is missing in SPF and DKIM, and fix it. Then we send test emails to Gmail, Outlook and other major providers.

We send campaigns but get almost no replies

The problem is often domain reputation and setup, not the copy. We fix authentication, advise on list hygiene and set sending rules that protect your reputation.

Someone is sending spam or phishing in our name

We turn on DMARC (a policy telling mailbox providers what to do with spoofed emails). We start in monitoring mode, then move to a stricter policy once reports look clean.

Many tools send email from our domain and nobody knows which

We list every sender: CRM, website, payment provider, newsletter tool. Each one is added to the domain records correctly, without conflicts.

What's included

  • Audit of current domain records and sending reputation
  • SPF (a list of servers allowed to send mail for your domain)
  • DKIM (a digital signature proving the email was not altered)
  • DMARC with reporting and a gradual move to a stricter policy
  • Inventory of every service that sends email from your domain
  • Separate subdomain for bulk email, where it makes sense
  • List-Unsubscribe headers for campaigns
  • Test sends to major providers and header checks
  • BIMI (your logo shown next to the email) in the Full package
  • Short guide for your team on what to do and what to avoid

How we work

01

Audit

We read your domain records and real email headers, and find which services send mail in your name.

02

Plan and access

We agree what changes. You give access to DNS (where your domain settings live) and your sending tools. All access stays yours.

03

Setup

We add SPF, DKIM and DMARC, changing records one at a time and checking that nothing breaks.

04

Testing

We send emails to different providers and check where they land and what the headers say.

05

Reports and tightening

We read DMARC reports, find forgotten senders and move to a stricter policy once it is safe.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise every email reaches the inbox. The final decision is always the mailbox provider's, and it depends on content and recipient behavior too.
  • We cannot fix poor results from purchased or very old address lists. Only list cleaning helps there, and we will tell you plainly.
  • The VMC certificate for BIMI is not included in our price. A certificate authority issues it and sets the fee.

FAQ

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC in plain words?

SPF says which servers may send email for your domain. DKIM adds a signature so the message cannot be altered on the way. DMARC ties them together and tells providers what to do with email that fails the checks.

Can the changes break my current emails?

If done carelessly, yes. So we first list all senders and start DMARC in monitoring mode. We move to a stricter policy only after reports show your legitimate email passes.

Do I need BIMI?

Not always. It shows your logo beside the email, not every provider supports it, and some require a paid VMC certificate. We will tell you whether it is worth it for you.

What do you need from me?

Access to your domain's DNS, a list of services that send email, and a contact who knows about your campaigns. All access stays with you.

How soon will I see results?

DNS records usually take effect within hours. Reputation does not change instantly: improvements in campaigns show over a few weeks, and we track them with tests and reports.

How does the pilot work?

Before we start, we agree on a measurable goal, such as test emails reaching the inbox at major providers. Payment is in stages, and We clarify requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
