We build Checkout UI Extensions (blocks that plug into Shopify's checkout through its official API). The field or offer appears where the customer decides to buy.
Order data is copied into the CRM or accounting by hand.
We use webhooks (automatic notifications from Shopify about events) to send orders to your CRM, warehouse or spreadsheet with no manual work.
Our discount and shipping rules are more complex than the admin allows.

Brief and requirements
You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
Pilot with a KPI
We agree on a measurable result, such as the share of orders with an upsell. We start with the smallest working version.
Development
We build on a dev store and show interim versions. Payment is split into stages.
Testing
We check payment, discounts, mobile layout and edge cases with test orders.
Launch and handover
We install it on your store. Code, accounts and access are yours under the agreed terms.
Scope and limits
- We don't promise a specific sales uplift: we measure the pilot KPI, we don't guarantee a number
- We can't customise checkout fully on every Shopify plan: some changes need Shopify Plus
- We don't build apps that bypass Shopify or payment provider rules
FAQ
Can I change checkout on any Shopify plan?
No. Checkout extensions are not available on every plan, and full control often requires Shopify Plus. We check your plan before we start and tell you what is realistic.
Why not just use an existing app?
If an existing app does the job, we'll tell you to use it. A custom app makes sense when you need non-standard logic, when you run too many apps, or when subscriptions cost more than development.
What do you need from me?
Staff access to your store, a description of the task, examples of the logic you want, and access to any systems we integrate with. We clarify the rest in the brief.
Who owns the code and the app?
We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
Will the app be listed in the Shopify App Store?
Usually we build a private app for your store, which is faster and cheaper. Public listing goes through Shopify review and is quoted separately.
What about support after launch?
Shopify updates its APIs, so apps need maintenance. We offer support under a separate agreement and state the price upfront.
