The theme can't do what we designed, and every change is a hack.
We build the storefront as a separate React app. Design and checkout flows are limited by the brief, not the theme, while the backend stays proven.
We separate your storefront from the commerce engine (cart, inventory, orders) and build it on Shopify Hydrogen, Medusa or commercetools. You get design freedom, speed and cleaner integrations.
Quote and schedule after your brief

We build the storefront as a separate React app. Design and checkout flows are limited by the brief, not the theme, while the backend stays proven.
Server-side rendering (pages are assembled on the server and arrive ready), caching and image optimization. We measure Core Web Vitals before and after launch.
We build an API integration layer for ERP, CRM, shipping and payments, so the catalog and orders have a single source of truth.
We connect a CMS (Sanity, Contentful or built-in) so marketers edit banners, collections and pages themselves. All accounts and code are yours under the agreed terms.
Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.
Stores already on Shopify that outgrew the theme
Custom logic and full data control, with no per-order platform fees
Large catalogs, several brands, countries or sales channels
You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
We choose the platform and build a pilot: one key page or purchase flow. We agree on a measurable target, such as load speed or steps to payment.
We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. You follow progress instead of waiting for the end.
We move data and test orders, payments, shipping and redirects against real purchase scenarios.
We launch, watch errors and speed for the first weeks, and train your team. Payment is staged, and access is already yours.
The storefront (the part customers see) and the commerce engine (products, prices, orders) are separate. They talk through an API, a channel for data exchange between programs. So the front end can look and behave however you want without touching the backend.
Hydrogen is a storefront framework for Shopify: fast to start, but you stay on Shopify and its pricing. Medusa is open source: you host it and control everything, but you also run the server. commercetools is a SaaS platform for large catalogs, with higher licensing costs.
We carry over URLs, meta tags and structure, and set 301 redirects (permanent redirects from old addresses). Small ranking swings right after launch are possible, and we can't guarantee none. We plan the migration to keep that risk low.
Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
Access to your current store and back-office systems, a product export, brand materials and one decision-maker on your side. We handle the rest. All accounts (hosting, domain, platform) are registered to you.
We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: custom Shopify Hydrogen storefront; Home, collections, product page, cart. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.
Describe your business, the outcome you need and your current workflow. We will clarify the requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
