Brief and requirements
You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
Access and materials
You share your logo, brand colours, examples you like and site access. We set up the Figma project in your account.
One-month pilot
We agree a KPI: how many requests to deliver and how fast. The first requests serve as a trial of working together.
Request queue
You add requests to a shared board. We pick them up by priority, deliver designs and collect feedback.
Continue or pause
After the pilot we review the results. You continue, change plan or stop, and the files are already yours.
Scope and limits
- We do not promise instant turnaround: a complex request can take several days
- Development and coding are not part of the subscription: they are a separate service
- We do not guarantee more sales from design alone: pricing, ads and the product matter too
FAQ
What does "unlimited requests" mean?
The number of requests in your queue has no cap. The number we work on at the same time does. When one is delivered, we start the next.
How long does one request take?
The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. You can pause it or end it after any month. Payment is in stages and all files stay in your account.
Is front-end development included?
No. The subscription covers design. If you need a layout built in code, we quote that as a separate service.
How is the price set?
We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: one active request at a time; Graphics, banners, presentations. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, brand colours and fonts if you have them, plus examples you like. You also need one person who answers quickly and approves designs.
