Dashboard and fintech interfaces your users can actually navigate

We design dashboards, client portals, analytics tools and fintech products where data is dense and logic is complicated. You get dev-ready Figma files and a component library, not just pretty screens.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • SaaS and startups building a first customer portal or rebuilding an existing one
  • Fintech and payment products with tables, reports and transactions
  • Companies with internal tools: CRM, ERP, logistics, warehouse
  • Teams whose support inbox is full of "where do I find this?" questions

Problems we solve

We have hundreds of fields and tables, and users get lost

We rank data by how often it is used: daily versus monthly. Then we build filters, saved views and clear navigation around that.

Developers say the designs are incomplete and everything gets redone

We design every state: empty, error, loading, large data volumes, limited permissions. Components go to Figma with written behavior notes.

The dashboard looks good, but nobody makes decisions with it

We start with the questions a user must answer in a minute. Charts are chosen to answer those, not the other way round.

Money-related actions make users nervous

We design confirmations, statuses, history and error messages so it is always clear what happened to the funds.

What's included

  • Interviews with 3–5 users or analysis of your usage data
  • Role and scenario map (who does what in the system)
  • Information architecture: sections and navigation
  • Low-fidelity wireframes of key screens
  • Visual design in Figma for desktop and tablet
  • Component library: tables, filters, forms, charts, modals
  • All screen states: empty, error, loading, restricted access
  • Clickable prototype for testing
  • Prototype test with 3–5 users and a short report
  • Developer handoff: specs, spacing, animations, assets

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Audit & Prototype

You have a product with a clumsy interface and need to know what to change

  • Expert review of the current interface
  • Problem map ranked by priority
  • Wireframes for 5–8 key screens
  • Clickable prototype

02

Dashboard End-to-End

A new dashboard or portal from scratch to developer handoff

  • Research and scenarios
  • Up to 15 screens designed in Figma
  • Component library
  • User testing and revisions

03

Product Design System

A larger product with several modules and an engineering team

  • Full component library and usage rules
  • Design of several modules and user roles
  • Light and dark themes
  • Developer documentation and support during the first sprints

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Research

We talk to users or study your usage data. We pin down roles, scenarios and the main questions the interface must answer.

03

Structure and wireframes

We sketch screens without colors first. Changing logic at this stage is fast and cheap.

04

Visual design and components

We build the style, components and all screen states in Figma. Our AI pipeline speeds up routine work, while designers make the logic decisions.

05

Testing and handoff

We test the prototype with real people, apply fixes and hand files to your developers. Accounts and files are yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a specific metric uplift. We offer a pilot with an agreed KPI, such as time to complete a key task in testing.
  • We do not write front-end code in the base packages. Development is quoted separately if you need it.
  • We do not replace research with guesses. Without access to users or data, decision quality drops, and we will say so upfront.

FAQ

What do you need from me to start?

A product description, access to the current version if one exists, and contacts for 3–5 users to interview. Analytics exports and a list of support complaints help a lot. If some of this is missing, tell us and we will find another route.

What tools do you use and what do I receive?

Design is done in Figma. You receive the files, a component library and developer specs. All accounts and files are registered to you.

Can you work with our engineering team?

Yes. We prepare designs for your stack, such as React or Vue, and use ready libraries like Ant Design or MUI when that shortens timelines. We agree on handoff format before work starts.

How do you handle large data volumes and charts?

We define what decision a person makes from the data and choose the visualization to match. Tables get sorting, filters and export, with behavior designed for thousands of rows. If the underlying data is poor, we flag it early.

Can I pay in stages?

Yes. Payment is split into a deposit, a mid-point payment after wireframes and a final payment after handoff. We prepare a quote after your brief.

Can design be combined with automation?

Yes. A portal can include an AI agent that answers routine questions, or automated reports and notifications. These are separate services, and we leave room for them in the design from the start.
