A website that reads like it was written in your new market

We translate your site and content, then adapt it to the country: language variant, currency, units, date formats, examples and search keywords. An AI pipeline drafts the text and a native-speaking editor fixes it. It costs less and moves faster than a classic agency, and it does not read like machine output.

Who it's for

  • Ukrainian companies selling to the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia
  • Online stores that need local currency, shipping and units
  • International companies that need a Ukrainian-language site for local customers
  • Service businesses that publish blog posts, emails and ads in several languages

Problems we solve

We ran the site through an online translator and customers say the text sounds odd.

We build a glossary of your terms and a tone guide first. AI drafts the text, then a native editor rewrites it with phrasing typical for that market. You get copy that reads as original.

The site is translated, but Google does not show it in the target country.

We set up hreflang (tags that tell Google which language version belongs to which country), separate page URLs and translated meta tags. Keywords come from real search queries in that market, not from word-for-word translation.

After translation the layout broke: German words do not fit in the buttons.

We review every page after the text goes in. German and French strings run longer than English, so we adjust buttons, menus and headings.

We update content every week, and every change goes back to a translator.

We keep a translation memory (a database of phrases already translated) and the glossary. Repeated phrases are not translated twice, and new edits stay consistent with older copy.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Glossary and tone

We agree on terms, product names and how to address readers. You approve the glossary before translation starts.

03

Translation and editing

The AI pipeline drafts, a native editor revises and adapts the examples. Unclear passages go to you as comments.

04

Implementation

We load the text into the CMS and set up hreflang, URLs, meta tags and currency. We test the layout on phone and desktop.

05

Pilot with a KPI

We agree on a measurable target, such as leads from the new market or search impressions over a month. We review the numbers and fix weak spots.

Scope and limits

  • We do not provide sworn or notarized translation. Documents for courts or immigration offices need a certified translator.
  • We do not replace a lawyer. We adapt privacy policies, terms and cookie banners linguistically, but your lawyer must do the final legal review for each country.
  • We do not guarantee Google rankings. We prepare the technical and language foundation, but positions depend on competition, backlinks and time.

FAQ

How much does website localization cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: translation and editing for the scope agreed in the estimate; Meta tags and market keywords. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

How is this different from Google Translate or ChatGPT?

AI does produce the first draft. After that a native editor, a glossary and a translation memory keep terms consistent and the phrasing natural. Running text through a translator yourself is quick, but fixing it later takes longer.

Which languages do you cover?

Mainly English (UK, US, Canadian and Australian variants), German, Polish, French, Spanish and Italian. Other European languages are possible once we confirm we have a native editor. We do not serve Asian markets.

What do you need from me?

Access to your CMS or site files, existing copy, product names that must stay untranslated, and examples of competitors whose tone you like. If you have no glossary, we build one with you.

Who owns the glossary and translation memory?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

How does payment work, and what is guaranteed?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
