Accurate transcripts and subtitles from your audio and video, proofread by a human

Webinars, interviews, calls and videos become text you can search, quote and publish. AI produces the first draft in minutes, then an editor fixes names, terms, numbers and punctuation. The text then feeds your website, SEO and automation: articles, CRM notes and subtitles for new markets.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • YouTube channels, podcasters and course creators
  • Companies that record webinars, meetings and sales calls
  • Media teams and agencies turning video into articles
  • Businesses entering new markets that need subtitles in other languages

Problems we solve

I have hours of recordings and no way to search or quote them

We deliver a full transcript with timestamps and speaker labels. Finding a quote or a decision from a meeting takes a minute instead of a replay.

Auto-captions get names, jargon and non-English words wrong

Before editing, we build a glossary of your brands, product names and terms. The editor checks every episode against it instead of only fixing obvious errors.

Videos without subtitles are skipped on mute and are hard to find in search

We deliver SRT or VTT files (plain text files with a start and end time for each line) or burn subtitles into the video. We can also publish the transcript on a page so search engines can read it.

I want to reach another language market but don't know where to start

We translate with line length and reading speed in mind, so subtitles don't cover the frame or vanish before viewers can read them.

How we work

01

Brief and test sample

You send recordings and tell us what you need: text, subtitles or translation. We process a few minutes first so you can see the result on your own material.

02

Glossary and style rules

We collect names, brands and terms, and agree on style: clean or verbatim, with timestamps or without.

03

AI draft

The model recognizes the speech and sets timestamps. It is fast, but not the final result.

04

Human edit

An editor listens to the difficult parts, fixes errors and checks everything against your glossary.

05

Delivery and revisions

We deliver files in the formats you need and apply corrections after your review. All files stay with you.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise perfect results from poor audio. Noise, echo and people talking over each other take more editing time and cost more.
  • We don't produce legal or court-certified transcripts, or sworn translations.
  • We don't guarantee translation into rare languages without native review. We'll tell you before work starts.

FAQ

How accurate is AI speech recognition?

On clean audio with one speaker it is usually good, but errors still happen, especially with names, jargon and fast speech. That's why a human proofreads every file. You'll see accuracy on your own material in the test sample.

What do I need to provide?

Audio or video files, or links to them, the language you need as output, and a list of important names and terms. The cleaner the sound, the faster and cheaper the job.

How is the price calculated?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: transcription of up to 5 hours of audio; Human proofreading. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Can I order only subtitle translation?

Yes, if you already have a transcript or an SRT file. We translate it, check line lengths and deliver files for each language.

My recordings are confidential. What happens to them?

We agree on access before work starts and sign an NDA if you need one. For sensitive material we can run recognition locally without cloud services, which may add time.

How does this connect to my website and automation?

Transcripts of webinars and videos turn into articles and pages that bring customers from search. Call and meeting transcripts can be sent to your CRM automatically. We can set this up in the same project if you need it.
