Make your website meet privacy rules in the US, Canada, Brazil and Australia

If visitors from these countries use your site, their laws may apply to you. We set up your privacy policies, consent controls, request forms and data records.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Online stores and services selling to customers in the US, Canada, Brazil or Australia
  • SaaS and IT companies with users abroad
  • Businesses running ads in these countries and collecting leads through forms
  • Site owners who just received a deletion request or a complaint

Problems we solve

I don't know which law applies to me, or if any does.

We build a short map: where your visitors are, what data you collect, and which tools receive it. It shows which of the four regimes you actually need. Your lawyer gives the final view on applicability.

My privacy policy was copied from another site and doesn't match what my site does.

We write it from your real list of scripts, forms and tools: analytics, ad pixels, CRM, email. When the site changes, we update the text too.

A user in California or Brazil asks me to delete or export their data, and I don't know the process.

We add a request form and a CRM route: each request arrives with a deadline and an owner. An AI agent can draft the reply. A person always makes the decision.

I have a cookie banner, but ad and analytics scripts still load before consent.

We configure a consent manager so scripts fire only after the visitor's choice. For the US we add support for Global Privacy Control (a browser setting that says "don't sell my data"). We test it in a real browser, not just in the settings panel.

What's included

  • Site audit: forms, cookies, pixels, analytics and third-party tools
  • Data map: what you collect, why, where it is stored and who receives it
  • Privacy policy for the chosen countries, drafted for your lawyer to review
  • Notice at collection next to forms and checkouts
  • "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link for the US, where you need one
  • Global Privacy Control signal support
  • Consent manager with different rules by visitor country
  • User request form (access, deletion, correction) routed into your CRM
  • For Brazil: legal bases section and a contact for your data protection officer (encarregado)
  • For Australia: Australian Privacy Principles section and a data breach response outline
  • Short guide for your team on handling requests and what to record

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit and data map

We check what the site collects and where it goes. You get the findings in plain language.

03

Pilot with a measurable KPI

We start with one country and one request form. The check is simple: no ad script fires before consent, and a test request completes the full route.

04

Texts and setup

We prepare policies, banner, forms and routes. Your lawyer reviews the texts. Payment is made in stages.

05

Launch and handover

We publish, test in real browsers and hand over access to every account, file and setting. Everything is yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We are not a law firm and give no legal opinions. We draft texts and configure the site. Your lawyer does the legal review.
  • We can't promise that no regulator or user will ever raise a complaint. We do make sure the site does what the policy says.
  • We don't cover internal company processes: vendor contracts, server security or staff training beyond the website.

FAQ

Do I need this if my company is based outside those countries?

These laws follow where the people whose data you collect live, not where your company is registered. It depends on whether you actively target these markets and on your volumes. Describe your situation in We clarify requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.

How is this different from GDPR?

GDPR requires consent up front for most tracking. The US model is different: often it is enough to inform people and let them opt out. Brazil is closer to GDPR, while Canada and Australia have their own rules on consent and breaches. One banner for every country works poorly.

Do you cover Quebec Law 25 and US state laws beyond California?

They are outside the base scope. We can add them as a separate item after the audit. The project brief will flag this if you tell us where your customers are.

Who answers user requests?

Your person does. We set up the form, the log and the deadlines, and an AI agent can draft the reply. Deleting data from your systems is done by your team following our guide, or by us for an extra fee.

Will the banner slow the site or hurt conversions?

The banner is lightweight, but some analytics will not be collected before consent. That follows from the law, not from a setup error. We limit the loss by showing the banner only where required and offering a fair choice without hidden buttons.

What do I get at the end?

All texts, consent manager settings, forms and guides. Tool accounts are registered in your name, so you can keep running everything without us.
