I'm not sure the law applies to me
We look at what you sell, to whom and through which channels, then give a short technical summary. We don't replace legal advice, but you get the full technical picture.
Since 28 June 2025, EU accessibility rules apply to many online shops and digital services selling to EU consumers. We audit your site, fix the issues and draft your accessibility statement.
Quote and schedule after your brief

We look at what you sell, to whom and through which channels, then give a short technical summary. We don't replace legal advice, but you get the full technical picture.
We rank issues by impact: what blocks purchase or sign-up, what makes content hard to read, what is cosmetic. Critical fixes come first.
We fix the code ourselves: markup, keyboard focus, contrast, forms, image descriptions. We work in your repository or CMS.
We write it: which standard you apply, what is not yet fixed, and where users can report problems. It matches the real state of the site, with no promises you can't keep.
Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.
Teams who want to know where the site stands and get a fix plan
Small sites and shops with up to 30 page templates
Complex sites, apps and shops with custom checkout
You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
We test with tools and by hand. You get a prioritised report and a fixed price for the fixes.
We fix code and content in stages and show each stage on a staging site.
We write the accessibility statement and test the site again.
All accounts, files and documents are yours. We leave a guide for keeping the site in good shape.
Yes, if you sell covered products or services to consumers in the EU, for example through an online shop. Microenterprises providing services have an exemption. Confirm your status with a lawyer. We cover the technical scope.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the international rules for accessible websites. The European standard EN 301 549 refers to WCAG 2.1 level AA, so that is what we test against.
No. Overlays don't fix the underlying code and don't make a site compliant. They can even get in the way of screen readers. We fix the site itself.
Access to your CMS or repository, the list of EU markets you sell in, and a contact address for user feedback. All changes stay with you.
The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.
Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
Describe your business, the outcome you need and your current workflow. We will clarify the requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
