Product analytics that shows where users convert and where they leave

We set up Amplitude, Mixpanel or PostHog so you can see each user's path from first visit to purchase or signup. It is the link between your website and your customers: you learn which channels and pages bring revenue. The same data can trigger automation, such as CRM tasks, lifecycle emails and sales alerts.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • SaaS, app and e-commerce owners who pay for traffic but can't see what happens after the click
  • Product and marketing managers who need funnels and cohorts, not just pageviews
  • Teams where every person calculates metrics differently and the numbers never match
  • Companies preparing A/B tests that first need a reliable baseline conversion rate

Problems we solve

Our analytics shows visits, but not why people don't buy

We define the key user actions (an event is a click, view or payment) and build a funnel. You see the exact step where people drop off.

We have data, but nobody trusts it

We write a tracking plan with event names, properties and metric owners. We verify that events arrive correctly and leave documentation.

We don't know which customers come back

We configure cohorts and retention (the share of users who return after a week or month). You compare channels by customer quality, not just by clicks.

Our developer says tracking will take a month

We use Google Tag Manager and SDKs (ready-made code from the analytics vendor) where possible. For complex events we give your developer a precise spec.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Tracking plan

We document events and properties in a spreadsheet. You approve it before any work starts.

03

Implementation

We connect the tool, add events and test them in debug mode.

04

Dashboards and pilot

We build the reports and pick one measurable KPI for a pilot, such as cart-to-payment conversion.

05

Handover

All accounts and access are already yours. We hand over the documentation and show how to read the data.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise sales growth: analytics reveals the problem, and fixing it is separate work
  • We can't recover data for periods before tracking was installed
  • We don't guarantee perfect accuracy: ad blockers and declined cookies always create some gap

FAQ

Which should I choose: PostHog, Amplitude or Mixpanel?

PostHog suits teams that want analytics, session replay and A/B tests in one place, and it can be self-hosted. Amplitude and Mixpanel are strong for deep behavioral analysis in larger products. We recommend one after a short audit.

How is this different from Google Analytics?

Google Analytics focuses on traffic sources. Product analytics tracks what individual users do inside your product: who reached payment, who returned, who left. The two can run side by side.

What do you need from me?

Access to your site or code, a list of key user actions, and CRM access if you want an integration. We create the tool accounts under your ownership, so all data and access are yours under the agreed terms.

What do the tools themselves cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

Is this GDPR compliant?

We configure a consent banner, limit personal data collection and recommend EU hosting if your customers are in Europe. That is the technical side. Your lawyer should review the privacy policy.

When will I see the first data?

The first events usually arrive on the day of installation. Useful conclusions need a few weeks of traffic, depending on visitor volume. A small site may need longer.
