More leads from the same traffic: CRO and A/B testing

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) means getting more of your visitors to enquire or buy. We find where people drop off, form hypotheses and test them against your current pages. You pay for specific changes and an agreed KPI, not vague promises.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Site owners with steady traffic but few enquiries
  • Online stores with abandoned carts
  • Businesses paying for ads who want a lower cost per lead
  • Teams changing the site by gut feeling with no proof of what worked

Problems we solve

Ads bring visitors, but few of them enquire

We review session recordings and click maps to see where visitors stall. Then we fix the biggest leaks first: headline, form, block order, buttons.

Site changes are made by gut feeling and nobody knows what helped

Each change becomes a hypothesis with one metric. We test it on part of your traffic against the current version.

People reach the cart or form and leave

We break the funnel into steps in GA4 and find where the loss happens. Then we cut form fields, clarify payment and delivery options, and remove extra clicks.

The site is slow and awkward on mobile

We check speed and the mobile layout, and fix whatever stops people from tapping a button or finishing a form.

What's included

  • Goals and events set up in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (a tool that manages tracking code)
  • Check that leads and calls are counted correctly
  • Funnel analysis: where exactly visitors drop off
  • Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar)
  • Page audit: headline, offer, forms, trust signals, mobile layout
  • Prioritised hypothesis list: what to test first
  • Page variants and mockups
  • A/B tests (two versions shown to real visitors and compared)
  • A report per test: what changed, what happened, what next
  • Handover of access, settings and reports to you

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Data check

First we make sure leads and calls are tracked correctly. Tests on bad data are worthless.

03

Analysis and hypotheses

We study the funnel, recordings and pages. We write a hypothesis list and pick what to test first.

04

Testing

We launch the changes. A test runs until it has enough visitors, usually a few weeks.

05

Results and next steps

We present the outcome, roll out the winner and plan the next step. All access and reports stay with you.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific lift in leads: it depends on traffic, product and niche
  • We don't run A/B tests on low traffic, because the result would be random. We recommend changes with a before/after comparison instead
  • We can't fix a weak offer or wrong price. CRO improves how you present a product, not the product itself

FAQ

How much traffic do I need for an A/B test?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: analytics and goals check; Funnel and session recording analysis. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

How long does one test take?

The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.

Which tools do you use?

GA4 and Google Tag Manager for measurement, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar for recordings and click maps. For the tests we choose a tool that fits your site. All accounts are created in your name.

What do you need from me?

Access to analytics, ad accounts and your site CMS. We also need answers to a few questions about your customers and product, and quick decisions on hypotheses so tests don't stall.

Can you do CRO if you didn't build the site?

Yes. We start with an audit of your site and analytics. If the site technically blocks testing, we will tell you and suggest options.

How does this fit with ads and automation?

In the chain of website, customers and automation, CRO gets more leads from traffic you already pay for. Those leads can then flow into a CRM and be handled automatically.
