Ads your community reads in its own language, and answers

We run Meta and Google campaigns for diaspora communities in the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia: Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian and others. Copy is written for the community, not machine-translated.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Businesses selling to a diaspora in their city: lawyers, clinics, movers, schools, real estate
  • Ukrainian companies serving Ukrainians in the EU, UK, US and Canada
  • Shops and cafes with imported food and goods that deliver nationwide
  • Local firms where trust in a native-language specialist decides the sale

Problems we solve

We ran ads in English and the community did not respond.

We do transcreation (rewriting for culture and habits, not word-for-word translation). Each country gets its own copy, because the same community has different needs in Poland and in Canada.

Meta does not let me target by ethnicity, so how do I reach the community?

We do not target by origin. We combine interface language, location, interests, lookalike audiences (people similar to your customers) and native-language search keywords in Google.

Leads arrive but nobody answers in time, and people leave.

An AI agent on WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber replies at once and writes the contact into your CRM. Complex questions go to your team.

Agency reports are vague and I cannot check anything.

Before launch we write down a KPI (a measurable result: lead, call, order) and a target cost per lead. Ad accounts are yours under the agreed terms, and reports use numbers you can verify.

What's included

  • Community research: where people live, which languages and messengers they use
  • Platform choice: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Search, YouTube if needed
  • Ad copy and creatives in the community language, checked by a native speaker
  • A landing page in that language when you do not have one
  • Tracking setup: Meta pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM tags (link labels that show the traffic source)
  • Remarketing (showing ads again to people who already visited your site)
  • Negative keywords and exclusions to avoid paying for stray clicks
  • Forms and messengers connected to your CRM or a spreadsheet
  • Ad variant testing and shutting down weak ones
  • A report with spend, leads, cost per lead and next steps

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Research and copy

We study the audience and competitors in that country. We write copy and build creatives, then a native speaker reviews them.

03

Launch and tracking

We build campaigns inside your own accounts and set up the pixel and UTM tags. We check that a lead really reaches your CRM.

04

Test and optimize

We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. Weak ones are stopped, strong ones get more budget.

05

Report and decision

We show results against the KPI. You decide whether to scale, change the approach or stop.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a lead count or cost per lead before the test: it depends on your niche, country and offer.
  • Ad spend is not included. You pay Meta and Google directly.
  • We do not work around platform rules or run niches that Meta and Google restrict.

FAQ

Which languages and countries do you cover?

Ukrainian, Polish, English, German and other European languages. We work with the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia. For a rare language we agree on native review separately.

What ad budget do I need?

We name a minimum after the project brief, because it depends on country and niche. A fair test needs enough impressions to produce readable data. The budget goes straight into your ad accounts.

Can I target one specific community?

Platforms do not allow targeting by origin directly. We combine language, location, interests, lookalikes and native-language search. Reach is not perfect, which is why the pilot shows real results first.

Do I need a separate site in the community language?

Often yes. If the ad is in Ukrainian and the page is English only, people leave. We can build a landing page or add a language version to your existing site.

Who owns the ad accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

What do you need from me to start?

A description of your product or service, the target country and language, and access to your site and ad accounts. We also need photos or video, prices and a person who answers leads. The project brief helps collect the rest.
