- We can't see private groups, private chats or restricted posts

Which networks and sources do you monitor?
Public posts and comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram channels, plus Google reviews, review sites and news. The exact list depends on your niche. Private accounts and closed groups are not accessible.
Can you track competitors?
Yes, using public data only: mentions, reviews and open posts. We don't collect private data. The number of competitors depends on the package.
How fast do alerts arrive?
It depends on the source. For some networks it's near real time, for others there is a delay of minutes to a few hours. We show the actual timing during the pilot.
Who replies to reviews?
In the base packages you reply, and we supply templates and recommendations. With the AI agent package we draft replies and you approve them. We never post in your name without your permission.
Who owns the accounts and data?
We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
What do you need from me?
Your brand and product names, a list of competitors, and links to your pages and map listings. You also need someone who decides how to handle difficult reviews.
