Digital PR: earn press links that journalists give you freely

We build research and stories that journalists cite, with a link back to your site. That supports your Google rankings and your credibility. We start with a pilot that has a KPI agreed in advance.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Businesses whose directory and blog links no longer move rankings
  • Companies with data, expertise or a story nobody has packaged for the press
  • Online stores and service companies in competitive niches
  • Brands that want coverage in EU, UK, US, Canadian or Australian media

Problems we solve

We bought links, saw no result, and now worry about a Google penalty

We do not buy links. Journalists cite the material because it is useful to their readers. Google values these links highly, and they carry no penalty risk.

We sent press releases and nobody replied

A release about a new service rarely interests an editor. We find an angle a journalist can use: numbers, comparisons, a clear takeaway. Then we pitch only the outlets that cover that topic.

We have expertise, but we cannot turn it into news

We interview your specialists, collect public data or run a survey. From that we produce a study, charts and a short pitch email for journalists.

Media mentions do not bring customers

The coverage points to a page we prepare for that traffic. Enquiries go into your CRM and an AI agent can answer them quickly. That is how links fit the chain of website, customers and automation.

What's included

  • Backlink profile audit (who already links to you and to competitors) in Ahrefs or Semrush
  • Topic research: journalist requests, trends and gaps in your niche's coverage
  • Research: public data, a survey, or analysis of your own data (with your approval)
  • Asset production: a source article on your site, charts, infographics, expert quotes
  • A target list of outlets and journalists, checked against their recent articles
  • Personalised pitch emails and several follow-up waves
  • Journalist support: fact checks, comments, extra material on request
  • Coverage monitoring, with a check that each link goes to the right page
  • A report: where it ran, which links you earned, how rankings and traffic changed
  • Handover of all files, contact sheets and the research data

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Pilot

You want to test whether media care about your topic before a larger campaign

  • Backlink profile audit
  • One topic and one format (mini-study or expert story)
  • A list of 30–50 relevant outlets
  • Pitches and two outreach waves
  • A report measured against the KPI agreed before start
Discuss this scope
02

Campaign

You have a topic and data, and want a full study with broad outreach

  • Original research: data, survey or analysis
  • Source page on your site, charts and infographics
  • Pitches to two or three groups of outlets
  • Journalist support and expert comments
  • Final report with recommendations
Discuss this scope
03

Monthly programme

You want steady authority growth rather than a one-off push

  • One or two topics per month
  • Ongoing work with a journalist database
  • Fast replies to media requests (comments, figures)
  • Monthly report and plan for the next month

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Topic and pilot KPI

We propose 2–3 topics and you pick one. Together we set a KPI, for example the number of linked articles and the type of outlets, and write it into the contract.

03

Research and assets

We gather the data and build the charts and the source article. You check the numbers and wording before anything goes out.

04

Outreach and support

We send pitches in waves and talk to journalists. You get copies of all correspondence.

05

Report and next step

We show the coverage, links and ranking changes. Then you decide: expand the campaign, move to a monthly programme or stop. Payment is made in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We do not guarantee a set number of articles. Editors decide, not us. We guarantee verifiable work and the KPI we agree for the pilot.
  • We do not buy links or place sponsored posts on link marketplaces. If a paid placement makes sense, we label it separately and discuss it with you.
  • We do not promise first place on Google. Links help, but the result depends on your site, competition and content, and the effect shows over months.

FAQ

What is digital PR in plain terms?

It is a way to earn links from media without paying for placement. You give journalists something useful: a study, data or an expert view. They mention you in the article and link to your site.

How is it different from buying links?

Buying links breaks Google's guidelines and can cost you rankings. In digital PR the link appears because an editor chose to cite you. These links look natural and tend to last.

What do you need from me?

Access to your site and analytics, one or two interviews with your experts, and permission to use your data. If you have no data, we collect it from public sources or run a survey. You approve figures and wording before outreach.

Which outlets do you target?

Trade and general media in the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia, plus Ukrainian outlets when your audience is there. We choose outlets by topic and by the country of your customers.

When will the first coverage appear?

The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.

Who owns the materials and data?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
