Computer vision that reads your photos and video so your team doesn't have to

We build systems that recognize objects, text and events in images and video. We start with a pilot on your own data and an agreed success metric. Then we wire it into your workflow, so results land in your CRM, spreadsheet or chat without manual retyping.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Warehouses and factories where people check products or packaging by eye
  • Retail and hospitality that need counts or shelf and table status from cameras
  • Insurers, repair services and logistics firms receiving customer photos of damage or documents
  • Online shops that need uploaded photos checked and tagged automatically

Problems we solve

Staff spend hours looking at photos and camera feeds, and still miss things

A model applies the same rule to every image. People only review the uncertain cases the model flags itself.

Customers send photos of documents or products and someone retypes the data

We add OCR (text recognition) and photo parsing. The extracted fields go straight into your CRM or intake form.

I worry a vision project will drag on and prove nothing

We start with a pilot on 100–300 of your real images or clips. Before we begin, we agree one measurable metric, for example how many known defects the model catches.

I don't know where my video is stored or who can see it

Accounts, storage and models are registered to you under the agreed terms. If needed, we deploy on your own server instead of a third-party cloud.

What's included

  • Task breakdown: what exactly must be detected, and which mistake costs more
  • Data audit: images, video, angles, lighting, volume
  • Labeling examples in Label Studio or Roboflow
  • Approach choice: an off-the-shelf multimodal model (understands text and images) or a custom-trained YOLO detector
  • OCR and field extraction from documents, receipts, labels and plates
  • Video stream handling from cameras (RTSP) or batch processing of uploaded files
  • Quality testing on held-out images the model has never seen
  • Integration with your CRM, Telegram or Slack bot, spreadsheet, website or internal system
  • A dashboard or report showing what the model found and where it is unsure
  • Handover of code, model, access and a short guide

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Pilot

Checking whether vision can solve your task before a larger spend

  • Task review and agreed success metric
  • Preparing and labeling a small example set
  • Prototype on an off-the-shelf or simple custom model
  • Report: what it found, where it fails, what to do next

02

Working system

Teams that want recognition running inside a real process

  • Fine-tuning on your data
  • Integration with your CRM, bot or website
  • Review queue for uncertain cases
  • Results dashboard
  • Testing on fresh images and video

03

Video and cameras

Warehouses, shops and plants with a constant video stream

  • Camera connection and real-time stream processing
  • Alerts to Telegram, Slack or email on an event
  • Deployment on your server or an on-site (edge) device
  • Tuning for each camera's angle and lighting
  • Training your staff to use the system

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Data and metric

We review your images and video. Together we set the measurable result that will decide whether the pilot succeeded.

03

Pilot

We build a prototype and test it on examples the model hasn't seen. You pay for the pilot only, not the whole project.

04

Rollout

If the pilot proves its value, we connect it to your CRM, bot or cameras. Payment follows in stages as each part is delivered.

05

Handover and support

You receive code, model, access and a guide. Then you run it yourself or add a support plan.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise perfect accuracy. Models make mistakes, so hard cases still need a human check.
  • We can't work without your data. If images are blurry, the camera angle is poor or examples are very few, we fix that first.
  • We don't build face recognition for surveilling people. Such tasks need a legal basis and consent, and we only take them on when they are lawful.

FAQ

How many images do we need to start?

A few hundred real examples are usually enough for a pilot. For simple tasks, an off-the-shelf multimodal model can work with no custom training. We give a precise figure after reviewing your data.

Do we need expensive cameras?

Often not. Angle, lighting and sharpness matter more than camera price. We check your current footage before we start and tell you honestly if it is enough.

Does it run in the cloud or on our side?

Both are possible. Cloud is faster and cheaper to start. An own server or on-site (edge) device is needed if video can't leave your premises.

What about personal data?

We keep stored data to a minimum and can blur faces or plates when needed. For EU and UK clients we design with GDPR in mind. Have your own lawyer confirm the legal basis for your specific case.

What happens when image quality changes?

If lighting, cameras or products change, accuracy can drop. That is why the system reports uncertain cases, and the model can be retrained on new examples.

Who owns the model and the code?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
