Enter a new market with a site, payments and ads built for that country

Selling in a new country takes more than a translated website. We adapt language, payments, legal basics and advertising to the market you pick. We start with a small pilot and a clear KPI, then scale only if the numbers hold.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • E-commerce brands expanding into the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia
  • B2B and SaaS companies looking for leads in a neighbouring country
  • Service businesses that want customers outside their home market
  • Ukrainian companies selling abroad for the first time

Problems we solve

I don't know which country to try first

We run a short market check: demand, competitors, cost per click in Google Ads, product or service restrictions. You get one recommended country for the pilot and the reasons behind it.

Our site is translated, but it doesn't convert

We rewrite copy for the local audience instead of translating word for word. We change currency, address and phone formats, delivery and returns terms, and set up hreflang (tags that tell Google which language version belongs to which country).

We can't take payments from customers there

We choose a payment setup that fits your company registration: Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Adyen, or a merchant of record (a service that sells on your behalf and handles sales tax). Some providers require a local entity, and we flag this at the start, not after the build.

We're worried about GDPR, VAT and cookie rules

We prepare a requirements checklist for the target country: privacy policy, cookie consent, terms of sale, returns rules, VAT for EU sales. We are not a law firm, so your lawyer signs off on the final documents.

What's included

  • Market check: demand, competitors, pricing, local-language keywords
  • Site localization: copy, currency, formats, delivery, returns terms
  • Language structure: subfolder, subdomain or country domain

  • Pilot with a measurable KPI and a final report

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Market check

We look at demand, competitors, payments and product restrictions. You get a plan with one country and a KPI.

03

Localization and setup

We adapt the site, set up payments, legal pages and analytics. A native speaker reviews the copy: you, your local partner, or our contractor.

04

Pilot with a KPI

We launch ads with a capped budget and track what we agreed on: leads, orders or cost per contact.

05

Report and decision

We show the pilot numbers and say plainly whether to scale, change the approach or stop. All accounts and files are already yours.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise guaranteed sales. Demand depends on your product, price and local competitors.
  • We don't replace your lawyer or accountant. We prepare the requirements list, while contracts, company registration and tax filings are confirmed by your advisers.
  • We don't open foreign companies and can't guarantee approval from a payment provider. That decision belongs to the bank or the provider.

FAQ

Which country should we enter first?

Usually the one where demand already exists and the rules are clear. For many teams that means Germany, the UK or a neighbouring market with a similar language or customs. The market check gives a real answer instead of a guess.

Do we need a company in the target country?

Not always. For lead generation, your current company often works. Some payment providers, including Stripe, require a legal entity in a supported country. We lay out the options during the market check.

Who writes and checks the translated copy?

We draft with AI and adapt the text to the local market. A native speaker then reads it. That can be you, your partner, or our contractor for an extra fee.

How much will ads cost in a new country?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: demand and competitor analysis for 1-2 countries; Keyword list and estimated cost per click. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

What do we need to provide?

Product details, pricing, delivery or service terms, and access to your site and ad accounts. You also need one person who answers questions quickly. Accounts and access stay with you under the agreed terms.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
