Train your marketing team to earn mentions in AI answers

A hands-on workshop on GEO (generative engine optimization: getting your brand cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews). We work on your site and your niche, not generic slides. Your team leaves with a plan and can check the results on its own.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Marketing managers who keep hearing about GEO and don't know where to start
  • Business owners with an in-house team that runs the site and content
  • SEO specialists who want to add AI search to their routine
  • Agencies and freelancers who manage client sites and want a shared method

Problems we solve

Customers ask ChatGPT, and it says nothing about us or repeats outdated facts

We run live queries from your niche and show what AI tools say about you and your competitors. Your team sees where answers come from and what can be changed.

Everyone talks about GEO but there are no clear instructions

We break it into steps: bot access to the site, page structure, markup, third-party mentions. We say plainly what has solid evidence and what is still a hypothesis.

We can't tell if AI search sends us any customers

We set up tracking for visits from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai and similar sources in GA4. We also build a query list your team re-checks every month.

Paying an agency monthly without knowing what it does

After the workshop your team handles the basics and can brief a contractor precisely. If you want help, we take on specific tasks separately.

What's included

  • A short project brief and a call: niche, audience, current content, goals
  • Pre-checking 15–20 key queries in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews
  • Site review: AI bots blocked in robots.txt, text hidden behind JavaScript, missing Schema.org markup (code that tells machines what a page is about)
  • Page structure that AI tends to cite: direct answers, tables, Q&A blocks, sourced data
  • Review of off-site mentions: directories, review sites, industry publications, Wikipedia, reviews
  • Hands-on session: the team rewrites one of your pages for citation
  • AI-referral tracking in GA4 and Search Console
  • A checklist and a an agreed period plan with owners
  • Session recording and working files that stay with you

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Preparation

We test your niche queries in AI tools and review your site. The workshop is built on your own examples.

03

Workshop

We explain the principles in plain words, show live AI answers and work on your pages.

04

Plan and tracking

Together we write a task plan with owners and set up measurement. All accounts and files stay with you.

05

Results check

With the follow-up package we return after a few weeks, see what changed in AI answers and adjust the plan.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise that ChatGPT or Google will name your brand. AI answers change, and nobody can guarantee citations.
  • We don't teach tricks to fool AI tools. We work on what makes pages clear and useful.
  • We don't replace the daily work: the workshop gives knowledge and a plan, and your team or a contractor does the tasks.

FAQ

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO works on your site's position in a list of results. GEO works on getting AI to mention or cite you in a finished answer. The base is shared: clear content and a technically accessible site. But some tasks are separate, such as off-site mentions and answer-friendly structure.

What do you need from us before the workshop?

A list of 10–20 queries your customers use to find your services, read-only access to GA4 and Search Console, and links to key pages. Ideally 3–8 people attend: a marketer, a content editor and whoever manages the site.

Does it work for teams selling in several countries?

Yes. We run it in English or Ukrainian. We test queries in the right language and country, because AI answers differ by language and region.

Can a non-technical team follow it?

Yes. We explain technical terms when they first appear. For some tasks, like robots.txt access or markup, it's enough to know what to ask a developer for. We prepare the task text for you.

How will we know the workshop worked?

Markers are: the team checks queries and reads AI answers on its own, you have a plan with owners, and referral tracking from AI tools is in place. Changes in AI answers usually take a few weeks, not a day.

How does this fit with the website and automation?

A site brings customers when it can be found and cited, including in AI answers. Leads can then flow into a CRM and be handled by an AI agent or chatbot. The workshop covers the first step: your team knows how to bring people to the site.
