How we work
Brief and requirements
You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
Prompt selection
Together we define what your buyers actually ask and pick competitors to compare. You approve the list.
Baseline check
We run the prompts across the chosen assistants and record the starting picture. Every later report is measured against it.
Monthly report
We repeat the check on the same set and compare with the baseline and last month. You get the report and an action list.
Pilot with a KPI
In the first stage we agree on a measurable target, such as the share of prompts where you are mentioned. Payment is in stages.
Scope and limits
- We don't promise a place in AI answers. We measure visibility; we don't control the models.
- We don't promise repeatable answers: the same prompt can return different results, so we read the trend, not a single answer.
- We don't edit your site or content as part of monitoring. That is separate work you can order separately.
FAQ
How is this different from a normal SEO report?
An SEO report shows rankings in Google. Here we look at what AI assistants say in their answers, whether they name you and which sources they use. The data is different and the two complement each other.
Why do AI answers differ each time?
Models generate text fresh each time and also depend on language, region and model version. So we use a fixed prompt set and watch changes over several months. One answer proves nothing.
What do I need to provide?
A description of your services, target markets and cities, competitor names and examples of customer questions. Site access is only needed if you order fixes. All files and report sheets belong to you.
Can you monitor in different languages and countries?
Yes. We build separate prompt sets for each language and market. Answers vary by country, so this affects how many prompts a package needs.
How long until I see changes?
The first report gives the starting picture. A trend usually shows after a few months, because AI tools pick up site and source changes with a delay. We don't promise exact timing.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no long contract. All collected data, screenshots and sheets stay with you.
