The email falls apart in Outlook: images shift and buttons disappear
We build in MJML and test the output across major mail clients. For Outlook we add dedicated fallbacks, since it renders HTML with its own engine.
We code responsive emails in MJML (a markup language that compiles to reliable email HTML) and load them into your sending platform. They hold up across mail clients instead of breaking on send day.
Quote and schedule after your brief

We build in MJML and test the output across major mail clients. For Outlook we add dedicated fallbacks, since it renders HTML with its own engine.
We make the layout responsive: single column on small screens, large tap targets, readable type. We also check dark mode.
We build a library of blocks: header, product card, button, footer. Your team assembles new emails from them without a developer.
We write clean code, add a plain-text version and meaningful alt text. This does not guarantee inbox placement, but it removes the common technical causes.
Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

We assemble the template from blocks, add Outlook fallbacks and dark mode styles.
We send test emails to the main clients and phones, then fix any differences.
We upload templates to your account and check variables with real data.
You receive the MJML source and HTML. Everything is yours under the agreed terms.
MJML is a language that simplifies building email code. Mail clients handle HTML worse than browsers, so emails need tables and workarounds. MJML generates most of that code, and we hand-tune what Outlook needs.
A design file (Figma or similar), brand guidelines, logo and images. We also need access to your sending platform for the import. If you have no design, we can create it separately.
Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot and most others that accept custom HTML. Before we start we check your platform's limits.
Yes, we prepare dark mode styles and test them. Some clients recolor emails on their own, so control is limited. We choose approaches that hold up under that.
Yes. You get the MJML files and the block library. Text and images can be changed in your platform's editor or in the files. Larger changes we can do for a separate fee.
Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
Describe your business, the outcome you need and your current workflow. We will clarify the requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
