Webinars that end with qualified leads, not just attendees

We handle the full cycle: registration page, promotion, live production and follow-up emails. Every lead goes to your CRM tagged by attendance and engagement.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Consultants, coaches and experts selling courses or services
  • B2B companies with long sales cycles that need to explain the product
  • Education businesses filling cohorts
  • Teams warming up an existing contact list before a product launch

Problems we solve

200 people register, 30 show up

We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. Each includes a one-click calendar link.

After the event, you can't tell who is actually interested

We capture who attended, how long they stayed, and what they answered in polls and chat. Everything goes into your CRM with tags so sales calls the warm leads first.

Technical failures ruin the event: sound drops, slides freeze

We run a rehearsal the day before and check audio, camera and screen share. During the live session, a technical host moderates chat and covers any glitches.

No time to write the script and promo

We help structure the talk, build slides and draft invitations. AI speeds up first drafts; we edit them with you.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Topic and script

We define who we're inviting, which problem we solve and what we offer at the end. Then we agree on the talk structure.

03

Page and promotion

We launch the registration page, emails and ads if needed. We track sign-ups daily.

04

Rehearsal and live

We test the tech, run the event, and collect chat and poll responses.

05

Follow-up

We send the replay, pass leads to your CRM, start the email sequence and deliver a report.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific number of registrations or sales: results depend on topic, audience and ad budget
  • We don't write the expert content for you: the substance of the talk must come from your specialist
  • Ad budget and platform fees (Zoom, WebinarJam, etc.) are not included in the price

FAQ

Which platform should I use?

Zoom or Google Meet works for small groups. For larger audiences and evergreen webinars, WebinarJam or similar tools are better. We'll recommend one after a short call based on your budget and goals.

Do I need an ad budget?

If you have an email list or a social audience, you can start without ads. For reaching new people, you need ads. The budget depends on your topic and competition, and we agree on it before launch.

How long should a webinar be?

The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.

What do I need to prepare?

A topic, a speaker, materials for slides, and access to your CRM and website if you have them. We handle the rest. All accounts and files belong to you under the agreed terms.

How will we measure results?

Before we start, we agree on a pilot with a measurable KPI, such as leads after the event or attendance rate. After the event, you get a report with numbers, not general statements.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
