Someone spends hours each week copying prices into a spreadsheet, and it is outdated by Friday
A script opens the target pages on a schedule, pulls price and stock, and writes them to Google Sheets. You open a current table instead of building one.
We collect public data from competitor sites and marketplaces and put it in one sheet or dashboard. You see where your prices sit against the market, which products you are missing and what your competitors' customers complain about.
Quote and schedule after your brief

A script opens the target pages on a schedule, pulls price and stock, and writes them to Google Sheets. You open a current table instead of building one.
We compare your price with the market per item and add reviews of similar products. You can see whether the gap is price, trust or product page quality.
We set up alerts in Slack, Telegram or email: a price drops below your threshold, a product disappears, a new item appears.
We collect competitor catalogs, match items and show the gaps: what they sell that you don't, and the reverse.
Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.
Teams that want to see the market once before changing prices or launching
Stores and distributors that need fresh prices every day
Businesses that want prices, reviews and assortment together and want to act faster
You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
We look at how the pages are built, whether bot protection is in place and what each site's terms allow. If a source can't be collected properly, we tell you up front.
We collect data from a few competitors and compare it with a manual check of a sample. We agree on a KPI, such as the share of correctly matched products.
We deploy scheduled collection, build the sheet or dashboard and set up alerts.
You get the code, accounts and a short guide. Sites change their layouts, so we offer monthly maintenance if you want it.
Collecting public prices and product descriptions is generally allowed, but some sites restrict automated access in their terms, and rules differ by country. We check this at the start, don't bypass logins and don't touch personal data. For edge cases we suggest a short consultation with your lawyer.
A list of competitors, your price list or product export with SKUs, and a clear question: cut prices, widen assortment or watch reviews. If the dashboard lives in your Google account, we also need access to it.
Most reliably by SKU or barcode. Without those we compare titles and attributes and send doubtful matches to you for a quick check. It is the hardest part of the job, so we measure its quality separately in the pilot.
It depends on the package and the sites: daily, weekly or on request. We don't recommend more than once a day, because heavier traffic burdens other people's sites and raises the chance of blocks.
We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
Describe your business, the outcome you need and your current workflow. We will clarify the requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
