One media plan across channels instead of a pile of separate campaigns

We split your budget across Google, Meta, YouTube and other channels, launch the campaigns, and move spend every week to where leads cost less.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Businesses that outgrew a single ad channel
  • Online stores whose budget no longer fits in one campaign
  • Companies selling in the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia
  • Owners who want one partner instead of three separate freelancers

Problems we solve

We run Google and Meta, but we can't tell which channel actually makes money.

We set up measurement first: GA4, pixels, server-side Conversions API and UTM tags. Then we compare channels by cost per lead and by closed deals from your CRM, not by clicks.

Our budget is modest and spreading it thin feels risky.

We don't switch on every channel at once. The plan says which channel goes first, what triggers adding a second, and the minimum spend each needs to collect usable data.

Our agency takes a cut of ad spend, so it profits when I spend more.

Our fee is fixed and published. Ad accounts are opened in your name, ad money goes straight to the platforms, and we work through delegated access.

Every platform claims the same conversions and the numbers don't add up.

We keep one consolidated report and match each lead in your CRM to its source. We show where platforms over-report and judge performance on your own data.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Media plan

We prepare the channel, budget and metric plan. We agree the pilot KPI: what we measure and what threshold counts as a good result.

03

Measurement

We connect analytics, pixels and your CRM, and check that every lead reaches the report. We don't launch before this works.

04

Launch and pilot

We go live on the chosen channels. Payment is staged: plan, launch, pilot results.

05

Review and scale

Based on pilot data we decide what to cut, what to push and which channel to add. All accounts and files stay with you.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific number of leads or sales. Results depend on your price, website, season and how your sales team follows up.
  • We won't recommend running five channels on a small budget. One or two channels with readable data beat five with noise.
  • We don't pay for ads from our own pocket or take a percentage of your spend. You fund the ad budget directly with the platforms.

FAQ

How big should my ad budget be?

It depends on your niche and click costs. The media plan states the minimum each channel needs for the platform to learn. Ad spend is not part of our fee and is paid directly to the platforms.

Can we start with just one channel?

Yes, and often that's the right call. The media plan shows which channel gives you data first, and we add others after the pilot.

Do you run ads for international markets?

Yes. We run campaigns for Ukraine and for the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia. For each market we choose channels, ad language and currency separately.

Who owns the ad accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

What do you need from me?

Access to your website and analytics, the ad budget, margin and customer information, and product photos or video. If you have no creatives, we can produce them under a separate estimate.

How do you judge the pilot?

Before launch we fix one or two numbers, for example cost per lead or qualified enquiries in your CRM. After a month we compare actuals to the plan using your own systems. If the KPI isn't met, we explain why and propose what to change.
