Google Marketing Platform: one measurement layer for all your display and search spend

We set up and run DV360, CM360 and SA360 for brands with large ad budgets. You get one report instead of several dashboards, and leads from ads reach your CRM.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Brands already spending heavily on Google Ads and display that want unified measurement
  • Companies buying media through several vendors without a single view of results
  • Marketing teams that want their own ad accounts, not access through an agency
  • Multi-country advertisers running campaigns across several markets

Problems we solve

Every vendor reports different numbers and none of them match

We connect CM360 (a single ad server that counts impressions, clicks and conversions across channels) and set up deduplication. One conversion is counted once, not once per dashboard.

We keep paying to show ads to the same people again and again

In DV360 (the platform for buying display and video ads) we set frequency caps and audience exclusions. We also check that DV360 and Google Ads campaigns do not overlap.

Search campaigns are managed by hand across dozens of accounts

In SA360 (search ad management from one place) we group accounts, build campaign templates and set bid rules. Bulk changes take minutes, not days.

We cannot tell which impressions led to a CRM deal

We place Floodlight tags (code that records actions on your site) and pass offline conversions from your CRM back to the platform. You see which channels lead to sales, not just clicks.

What's included

  • Audit of current ad accounts, tags and user permissions
  • Measurement plan: which site actions count as conversions and how they are named
  • Floodlight setup through Google Tag Manager, tested on the live site
  • Consent Mode setup aligned with your cookie banner
  • DV360 advertiser and campaign structure: audiences, creatives, frequency caps, brand safety
  • CM360 setup with placement, publisher deal and creative tracking
  • SA360 account linking, campaign templates and bid rules
  • GA4 and CRM integration, including offline conversion import
  • Self-updating Looker Studio dashboard
  • Handover of all access: accounts and files belong to you under the agreed terms

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit and access

We check which accounts exist, who owns them and which tags sit on your site. If you have no seat in the platforms, we explain how to get one through an authorized Google reseller.

03

Pilot with a measurable KPI

We take one campaign or one market. Together we set a KPI, such as cost per CRM-qualified lead, and a review date.

04

Launch and data check

We launch tags and campaigns, then reconcile numbers between the platforms and your CRM. Payment is in stages: after the audit, after launch, then monthly.

05

Handover and management

We hand over all access and documentation. After that you run it yourself or keep us on monthly management.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a specific cost per click or per lead. It depends on your niche, audience and creatives. We promise honest measurement, not outcomes in advance.
  • We do not buy platform access for you. DV360, CM360 and SA360 need a contract with Google or a reseller, often with a minimum spend. We help you choose, but the decision is yours.
  • We do not recommend these tools for small budgets. If Google Ads is enough for you, we will say so and suggest a cheaper setup.

FAQ

Do I need DV360, CM360 and SA360 if I already use Google Ads?

Not always. Google Ads works well while you run one channel through one vendor. These platforms make sense when you have many channels, large budgets and need data in one place. The audit tells you whether they are worth it for you.

How do I get access to the platforms?

DV360, CM360 and SA360 are sold under a contract with Google or through an authorized reseller. Terms, including minimum spend, depend on your region. We help prepare the request and set everything up once access is granted.

Who owns the accounts and data?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

Do you handle cookie consent requirements?

Yes. We set up Consent Mode (a setting that respects each visitor's cookie choice) together with your consent banner. The platform then models part of the conversions, so numbers will not always match your CRM. We show that gap in the report.

What does the media budget cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

How quickly will I see results?

First data from tags and campaigns appears within the first weeks after launch. Bid optimization needs a learning period, so we draw conclusions on your KPI after the review date agreed in the pilot.
