Gift Concierge: from an important date to a gift choice
Our own product combines an occasion calendar, recipient profiles and a workspace for choosing and managing gifts.
The task
The service is designed to help people remember important dates and choose gifts with the recipient in mind. That means connecting a questionnaire, calendar, gift selection and operator workflow.
Designing the journey
The workspace focuses on the next occasion and the next action. Recipient profiles keep details for gift selection, the calendar shows dates, and the order page shows progress and collects feedback.
The user journey
- The user completes a recipient questionnaire and adds an important date.
- They open the occasion and review a selection of gifts.
- They choose an option and continue to order confirmation.
- An operator manages the statuses; the user can leave feedback after completion.
What is built
The test version implements the journey from questionnaire to gift selection, demo order and feedback. It has separate user and operator workspaces. The end-to-end journey was checked with test data, without real purchases or deliveries.
Pilot preparation continues. Real sellers, messaging channels and operating terms need separate approval before an open launch.
