Sell on the marketplaces your buyers already use: listings, ads and live stock

We set up your product listings, run ads inside the marketplace, and connect stock and prices to your warehouse or store. It is the middle of our chain: your site, customers from marketplaces, and automation that removes manual spreadsheet updates. We also cover Rozetka, Prom and Epicentr for sellers who target Ukraine.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Online stores that want to add Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Kaufland or Walmart as sales channels
  • Manufacturers and wholesalers with no in-house team for listings and ads
  • Sellers who update stock and prices by hand in several seller accounts
  • Brands entering the Ukrainian market via Rozetka, Prom or Epicentr

Problems we solve

I have many products, but the listings are thin and hard to find

We write titles, bullets and attributes to each marketplace's category rules. We check images and required fields so listings don't get rejected. AI speeds up drafting, and a person reviews every category.

An item sells out in my store, but it's still in stock on the marketplace

We connect your warehouse, store and seller accounts through a product feed (a file listing products, prices and stock) or an API (a direct system link). Stock and prices update on a schedule, without manual entry.

I spend on marketplace ads and get few orders

We choose which products deserve a budget based on margin, stock and price against competitors. Then we run a small test, track cost per order, and move the money to what works.

Each marketplace account lives separately and no one knows what's live

We build a single overview: what is uploaded, what is under review, and where the errors are. All access stays with you, and we work as invited users.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit and plan

We review products, prices, margins and marketplace rules. We agree what goes live first and define the pilot KPI.

03

Listings and upload

We prepare the feed and copy, upload, and fix review rejections. You see progress in a shared sheet.

04

Sync

We connect stock and price exchange and test it on real orders before switching it on for the full catalog.

05

Pilot with a KPI

We run ads on a limited budget and compare results to the agreed metric, such as cost per order. Then we decide together whether to scale.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise search rank or category position; the marketplace's algorithm decides that
  • We can't guarantee account or product approval; we prepare everything to the rules, but the marketplace makes the call
  • We don't handle fulfilment, packing or customer support unless agreed separately

FAQ

Do I need my own website to sell on marketplaces?

No, you can start without one. But product data is easier to manage in one place. If you have no site, we can keep the catalog in a spreadsheet or connect an inventory system. Later it can become the base for an online store.

Will the seller account be yours or mine?

Yours. Accounts, files and access belong to you under the agreed terms. We work as invited users and hand everything back whenever you ask.

Who pays marketplace fees and ad spend?

You do. Fees and ad rates are set by the marketplace, depend on category and terms, and are not included in our price. During the audit we show how they affect the margin on each product.

How does stock sync work?

Data from your warehouse or store goes out as a feed file or through an API, and the marketplace picks it up on a schedule. There can be a delay between a change and the update, so for low-stock items we set a safety buffer. We test the sync on part of the catalog first.

How long does it take to list my catalog?

The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.

How is the work paid for?

In stages: part at the start, the rest after upload and checks. We prepare a quote after your brief. Ad budget is paid separately, straight into your own marketplace account.
