Platforma: tasks, AI workers and owner decisions

Our own project workspace brings plans, progress, results and approvals into one interface.

The task

When several AI workers handle different tasks, the owner needs to see what is happening and where a decision is needed. We built a workspace around projects and individual tasks.

Designing the journey

A task view brings together its plan, the status of each step and the resulting files. Statuses distinguish work in progress, errors and pending decisions. Questions that need the owner’s attention have a dedicated section.

The user journey

  1. The owner opens a project and a task with its work plan.
  2. Each step shows its worker and current status. Results stay with the task.
  3. A step that needs permission waits for a decision. The owner can approve the next action.
  4. Once work is complete, the owner can review the result and revisit the steps.

What is built

The product includes project, task, team and decision views. Tasks show plans, step statuses and results. Development continues; individual workers’ capabilities depend on their connections and verification.
